B.R. Rao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across a spectrum of industries including tobacco, steel, and pharmaceuticals. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has been involved in all aspects of company building — from operations and expansion to governance and compliance.

From 1990 until his retirement in 2023, Mr. Rao served at Micro Labs, where he rose to the position of Senior Vice President – Exports and New Project Development. During this tenure, he played a pivotal role in driving global exports, leading domestic expansion efforts, and establishing new manufacturing facilities. These initiatives also afforded him deep exposure to real estate and large-scale project execution.

Mr. Rao’s sharp commercial acumen, coupled with his hands-on expertise in real estate, project management, and enterprise wealth stewardship, inspired the founding of Anunnaki as a bespoke family office. As Strategic Advisor, he offers guidance and direction to the leadership team, ensuring the firm remains rooted in its core values of integrity, governance, and client-first thinking.
